This shoe is great. Based on other Delicious reviews, I ordered a 7.5, which is half a size larger than I usually wear and the fit was perfect - (I wear a 6 in Crocs, 7.5 in Brooks, 7 in Merrill's, 7 in Mudd, 7 in Steve Madden). Because of the thicker (chunky) heel, they are completely wearable, not feeling as though you're about to break your ankle or loose your footing. The stride is stable - a must for the busy professional. Plus, the sole of the toe (you can see in the pic) is angled upward, meaning it sort of aids/propels your step forward, not requiring much effort to walk (like some other shoes). Lastly, the mary jane strap is the main reason I purchased these pumps. It really keeps your heel secure in the shoe, not painfully rubbing or slipping out with every step. These shoes are gorgeous and though much higher than usual for me, I hope to wear them more often as I get used to them and break them in. Great price too!
