I am extremely disappointed both in these shoes and, for the first time, with Amazon Prime. I bought these pumps for a wedding, only to have them arrive covered in defects and flaws: obvious scuffs, blue stains, black marks, etc.. I would never even consider wearing them to any kind of event. And, to make maters worse, Amazon won't let me return them for free, as they said it is my problem, not theirs. I have relied on Amazon Prime to insure that I will be satisfied with the product, and I usually am. This experience, however, is making me re-think Amazon Prime. With so many online retailers out there offering free shipping, no questions asked, I have plenty of alternate choices.
