I ordered a 7 W, and the toe box was just right, but the length was too long. Usually I'm 6 1/2, but most heels I am trying are too small so I just sized up out of habit. Guess they run true to size, but we'll see what the width is if I try the 6 1/2 W. Even with a pad in the ball of the foot and heel grip, it slipped right off. For the look of the height of the heel, these seemed like they would be comfy to walk in and not kill my bunions, but since it slipped off, I'll have to try the next size down and see. The look was a little different than I prefer in person, but if I can find comfort in a heel, I can compromise. Bunions are ruining heels for me.
