I wear a 6-1/2, this shoe runs large but I have a feeling a 6 would have been too tight. I am going to try a ball of the foot insert and if that doesn't work I will use those things you stick in at the back of the heel to make the shoe tighter. I am an end-of-the-season shopper (I like expensive shoes/clothes but I'm on a tight buget- the end of the season is when I get the BEST PRICES!!) and these shoes were a real bargain.
