These shoes are high quality and smell awesome, very nice shoe. However, the toe box is short and it is narrow. So your toes get scrunched from both directions. They do stretch nicely. Though it doesn't make it much wider. When I first got them they were so tight I couldn't get them on. Then I put in shoe stretchers and wore them around the house. They were almost too loose. Very strange. All in all, I wouldn't buy again just because I like a shoe to fit from the start and this was too strange. The height with the platform was fine. it didn't bother me at all but my toes were very scrunched.
